Happy New Year!!
A Happy 2006 to everyone. I hope it is a happy, healthy and prosperous year for everyone. We had a quiet night last night-it was a family movie and game night. We watched Scooby Doo the movie-the one with Sarah Michelle Geller. It was good and we all laughed a lot. It did prompt a family discussion about Scrapy Doo. M & S think he is a good guy and should never have been made the villian of the movie. I disagree- I never liked Scrapy Doo. Oh, the level of intellectual conversation in our house.

Scrappy Doo was completely annoying and ruined the whole tv cartoon series! He deserved to be the villain!!! Sorry feeling more vehemently than I should about a cartoon but Scooby Doo (pre-Crappy Scrappy and his "Puppy Power") was my favorite childhood cartoon. I should go after that disturbing little outburst.....
Scrappy was always a fearless little puppy willing to take on the world unlike his 'uncle' and friend who generally wanted to hide and eat (not always in that order). OK so Scrappy was misguided and generally speaking left to his own devices would have very quickly become cartoon roadkill, but at least he had spirit. Scrappy was never a power hungry puppy and did not deserve to be demonized in the film. By the way did anyone ever find out why the blond guy was in Mystery inc. Did he ever actually do anything?

our house isn't just as intellectual lol , all we can do now is mumble and grumble cos all the choccy has gone !
